      Port Elizabeth, now known primarily as Gqeberha, is a major seaport city in South Africa’s Eastern Cape and a popular tourist destination on the South Atlantic Ocean. Home to some of South Africa’s cleanest and safest beaches, there’s really no better place to soak up the incredible sunshine here. Although, the recently-renovated waterfront and city centre is also worth exploring; vibrant and overflowing with incredible culture, Port Elizabeth boasts an interesting blend of modern industrialization and historic colonial architecture. Our cruise was 50/50 Some good some bad. Cabin quite small, food sometimes good sometimes bad. ship too big and too crowded. Even charged us 22 euros fees for the day we disembarked at 9. 30 am

Whilst the cruise did not have a lot of British passengers onboard, we had a superb time. Cabin was spotless and roomy. Service by all staff was first class. Food was amazing at all times with nothing we thought was bad. Entertainment was some of the best we have seen at sea. We will definitely be going back with Costa again. Ignore all of the bad press and reviews as it's not as bad as people make out. Fantastic well designed ship.

Ship was amazing and clean. Staff worked hard but didn't have time to give guests the same level of attention that you receive with other cruise lines . Restaurant food was hit and miss . Overall good value for money

Amazing week My husband and daughter’s first cruise and it was amazing. Food was amazing but very Italian. But we enjoyed it not one plate I thought was bad. The gammon and pork belly in the buffet was my favourite. staff was amazing. The party’s was amazing the balcony cabin with the terrace was a good size for two adults and a child. The buffet could get a bit mad at busy times but other than that it was great. Next year we’ll do a biggger boat.
